Even though it began as a simple task of help to ill people in need it evolved over time and became an important field of a medical care. The opportunities for different nursing career choices are countless. They depend on different educational level. In the United Stated now there are two major educational levels nurses that the base of the nursing field. Those are associate degree nurses and baccalaureate degree nurses. The associate degree level nursing is usually accomplished after graduation from two years nursing program. State license exam is required to become a Registered Nurse (RN). The baccalaureate degree nurse is required to graduate from a four-year nursing program. State license exam is also required to become a Registered Nurse. As the nursing field demands from nurses to be even more skilled, more employers want to hire nurses that achieved the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
