Being a Christian and knowing the details of being a Christian can be two completely different things. Understanding the Christian way of living can be a big game changer in the way people see and present themselves. It is not as simple as simply identifying as such, nor is it simple to just easily believe. Many aspects go into the Christian worldview. So, to say it is easy or simple to be a Christian is a pretty far reach, even for the most devoted. A lot of people say they are following God but do not keep Him in their hearts. Fully knowing and understanding the history can help ease someone into the Christian worldview. Examining all angles of Christianity can include a few gospel essentials, the foundation of Christianity, and the understanding of the implications of being a Christian. Gospel Essential Beliefs Nature of God God has many different attributes to create His make-up. According to Bunton (2004), God is sovereign, God is holy, God is love, God is all-powerful, and many others. With God being sovereign, this means that He is the only God. He answers to no one and no one is above him or can tell him how anything is (Bunton, 2004). God is holy because he is completely and thoroughly pure and innocent.
