ADD Architectural Design.docx CSS/422 ADD Architectural Design, Architectural Patterns, Control Flow Diagram CSS/422 Introduction As we begin the Architectural Design section of our document, we note that the architectural design of a project is a very important part of software engineering. The Architectural Design will incorporate a set of design patterns that will guide this project to a successful completion. (Somerville, I., 2016). As we incorporate this architectural design of our new CRM system with the seamless compatibility among departments, we expect this will also streamline the ability to share data, generate customer reports more efficiently, as well as be an effective tool for maintaining and increasing the customer base. As customers become aware of the availability of the mobile application, and access to the company website, we anticipate a good substantial influx of visitors, and customers. Architectural Design Decisions Our first design decision will be integration with any existing hardware and software that the company will continue to utilize in their daily business operations. This will further the seamless compatibility among departments and allow all systems to communicate with each other. We will design a user friendly, easily navigable, and customer-oriented interface with which customers will be able to browse the site and select products they may care to purchase.
