In the first report, my organization was able to evaluate data, create a bar graph and identify the top five cities in April 2017 infected with a virus. Between April 2nd through the 28th of 2017, the top five cities for infected cases, from lowest to highest, include Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Miami, and Jacksonville. Houston has 272 cases; Austin has 281 cases; Phoenix has 289; Miami has 299 cases; Jacksonville has 322 cases. In the second report, a bar graph illustrating the age group most affected by the virus are individuals ages 18 years old and under, followed by individuals 61 years old and over. In total, there were 4,952 cases of people infected, with the age group 18 and under accounting for 2,089 of those cases, which is slightly over 42% of diagnosed cases in April 2017. The age group 61 and over account for 1,731 or about 35% of diagnosed cases in April 2017. The prevalence rate was determined per each age demographic and the graph was evaluated for additional information. Data analyzed from the second report determined that within the 51 cities infected with the virus, children, young adults, and the elderly are contracting the virus at a higher rate than any other age group.
