The title of this lesson is Go for The Gold: Simone Biles. The sequence of Go for The Gold: Simone Biles lesson was concluded in a large group setting. The assignment was completed virtually by using GoogleMeet.. I can honestly say that not only did I enjoy teaching this lesson to a group of 3rd graders, but I also enjoyed learning from them and myself as well throughout the teaching of the lesson. One thing that I learned is that not all children learn at the same speed nor do they learn by the same learning style. Second thing learned that virtual learning is more complicated than traditional learning. The last thing I learned while completing this assignment was that trying to complete a virtual observations is frustrating when your use to walking around a classroom to conduct them. Some of the challenges that I encountered when teaching my visual arts lesson was that I should have been a little more detailed with my adaptation ideas for diverse learners. My reason being is that I was unable to complete the assignment in person due to the Covid-19, so I wasnt physically able to lay eyes on the students as well as give them one on one attention. I didnt have any surprises other than short internet interruptions at the very beginning teaching my lesson.
