Audit Collaboration User Guide .docx Acc/491 Audit Collaboration Users Guide Acc/491 Audit Collaboration Users Guide In my experience working on team assignments during an online course can be very frustrating and daunting. I have had both experiences during my time at UOP I have had teams that work very well together and teams that dont do very well together. My team for Contemporary Auditing worked great together I was lucky to have some very helpful teammates through the past couple weeks. The team did not have very good communication through the weeks. I found it was really hard to complete assignments due to the lack of discussions on the upcoming assignments. In the past I found it really helpful to fill out a team charter that laid out the assignments and broke them down per person, so it was easy to preplan your portion and know what everyone was doing. This also laid out who was going to compile the information and submit it. I found each week last minute we were always trying to figure out who was going to compile the information and who was going to complete the submission on top of trying to make sure everyone had a portion of the work and did their fair part. I have found that one of the worst things about working with a team can be that you are having to depend on everyone else to do their part.
