However then main known development that was used was in the 1775 when chemist Scheele devised the first successful test for detecting the poison arsenic in corpses.Then later in the 19th century, public officials would start using scientific disciplines to help in the solves of crimes. For two decades a style devised by French scientist Alphonse Bertillon was known as the most accurate way for personal identification. In the 20th century the development of technology started to change at an alarming pace. This helps the discover that blood has different styles that would help further forensic science. Since then, forensic science has been developed constantly with some of the most recent in the 1960s and the discovery of DNA sequences. (Forensic science, chapter 1) Field sciences include 2 very important forensic science disciplines, whichinclude fingerprinting and DNA/biological testing.
