The ability to communicate is important to and for everyone with regards to all information wanting to be passed along. The beginning of communication happens when an individual or groups wants to convey an idea or message to another person or group for a specific reason. Within the business world, communication is a critical part of management and it cannot operate with efficiency without proper communication between the employees, departments, and other levels. During this transition, communication must be clear and concise so the company can operate effectively at all levels without misinterpretation anywhere.
