During preclinical observations, I observed different style ... s and varieties of planning that will both help and impact how I work in the future. By observing, working, and discussing with teachers about the importance of planning and preparation, I have learned the value and importance of it for every day in the classroom. While preparing the actual lesson may take some creativity and thought, the real work comes in to play when a teacher needs to adjust and accommodate the different learning styles and challenges for each student. In order to engage each student in the learning experience, it is important to foster and create a learning environment and plan to encompass the different learning styles during instruction, modeling, and independent practice. B2. Reflect on how preclinical experiences in the classroom environment will impact your future practice. My preclinical experiences in different classroom environments will impact my future practice as I was able to observe and take part in interacting with different students from many backgrounds. Understanding that each student has a different experience and story is important in order to create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive for all.
