Also, it allows human services worker to communicate better with their clients and help them face their problems. These are individuals who is driven to succeed in helping their clients. The human services professional must have knowledge and be able to understand people as individuals and groups.The human services professional must be aware of how culture and society have animpact on behavior and structures on human behavior.Human services allow their clients to talk freely from the beginning, middle and end and have open-ended questions. The type of information to gain during interviews is having difficult conversations and learning how the client can take positive actions from this. Have the client to be able to share their most vulnerable moment and to be able to handle their resistance, feelings, beliefs and their needs/wants.
