I™ve been given the pleasure of being reassigned to another position. My new title is now Information technology (IT) assistant project director. Today I was informed by my supervisor that we will be expanding and that a new office will be open in Seattle, Washington. I now have the opportunity to expand the Riordan IT infrastructure by setting up the IT system for this new office. The success of any manufacturing company will always be dependent upon its manufacturing system design. It™s been three months of vast studying and observing I had to do for Riordan™s business operation. I™m in a position now to present a value-added business solution and recommendation in an effort to render a proficient infrastructural surrounding and budget savings and present to the Sr. Decision-making Committee of Riordan™s Manufacturing System. My recommendations will offer the necessary advancements to Riordan™s IT system. There will be an integrated, strong presentation in agreement with Riordan™s visualization, mission, time setting, and calculated growing plan. Riordan Manufacturing has put in a facility bid Sr-rm-022 for the human resource structure to be examined.
