The now merged hospitals all were experiencing issues such as low patient head counts, safety within the hospitals, the location of the hospital, the transition of the baby boomers leaving and the millennials stepping up to take over. Banford Medical Center, also known as BMC, is the competitor for ECRH with a state-of-the-art medical facility that has a division within the community. ECRHs marketing team has devised a plan to increase revenue by informing the public of all the new changes being made to improve services at ECRH. Big Picture East Chestnut Regional Health System has been under a restructure since the merger of the three hospitals in order to better serve the community. Fighting a bad reputation for not meeting community standards, the goal is to get out information about all the improvements the hospital has made to various sectors of its hospital. ECRH wants to highlight improvements made with a focus on reaching out to women of all ages.
