II.One month early: This would give us more time to test/debug and bring the network into full production with more than enough time to fix any minor issues that arise, if any. III.Two months late: First and foremost, the risk is financial. This contract stands to bring in $20 Million annually to U.S. Industries. On the low end, we stand to lose 4% (2% for each month late) of the contract fees. This could add up to a significant amount. $20M “ 4% = $19.2M this would be a realization of $800K lost.
