For the intent of this literary study, marital status is split down into five categories: dating, widowed, divorced, separated, and never married. Research thus far supports that married people report a better overall health status, one plausible reason could be the claim that an individual's spouse has a substantial effect on the other partners' health, since they are their greatest supporters of everyday life and health objectives (Campbell, T., 1993). Maslow's hierarchy of needs is widely understood to be one of the most famous psychological theories. This theory is closely related to my topic of study. Commonly, Maslow's hierarchy is displayed as a pyramid. The lowest tiers of the pyramid demonstrate the most basic needs, and the top tiers demonstrate the most complex needs. Fundamental necessities, such as food, water, sleep, and shelter are necessary at the simplest level. So long as basic needs are met, individuals will move on to safety and security realms. As the pyramid progression increases, psychological and social needs gradually gain increased precedence.
