Donald Kirkpatrick, former Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin, first published his model in 1959[ CITATION Kir20 \l 1033 ]. The reaction method is one of the best ways to get a truthful answer from the training class. Trainees will be given surveys to answer at the end of the class regarding feedback for the training. Trainers will also note the body language that they are receiving from the participants. The second method to use will be the learning method. For any organization this level is something that all managers want to see improve after training. Trainers will use the objectives to measure the improvements.
