According to previous research, it has been found that there are disadvantages and advantages to visually reading histograms. Some manipulations are used to make it seem as though the truth is different images. A deeper analysis of the data could result in the information being incorrect. A benefit of the histogram is that they enable the data to display variance in different patterns to be visible.
