Artificial intelligence has many uses that can help society become more automated as the future progresses. There is also a negative impact that could eliminate entire workforces due to automation. Unemployment rates will increase as society takes on more artificial intelligence to relieve mechanical tasks. Artificial intelligence has the capabilities to complete jobs more efficiently than humans. The use of artificial intelligence in society can cause a massive spike in unemployment rates by removing the need for the human workforce in several markets, by employing safeguards and focusing positions on emotions, humans can work in tandem with AI. A lack of knowledge about AI and the future of AI could be detrimental to the human workforce. Often, humans are unaware of the capabilities that AI has.
