The process itself is not a waste, but rather the way it is currently implemented and conducted. Currently it™s a process that requires reaching out to an administrator of some type, be it application or system, and get the list of internal users who have access. From there, we try to pull the manager names and emails so that we can reach out to said managers and have them attest to their direct reports access on the given application, database, etc. It then is a lot of waiting for emails to get back followed by lengthy follow up process. I propose the installation and integration of the ForgeRock application. This application has a great number of features that IT as a whole can greatly benefit from. But, from a GRC standpoint, there is a plug-in for it that will allow for user attestations to be automated. In a nutshell, this automation gets the information plugged into it and will then automatically email the managers who will then be taken to a site of sorts with an option to mark the appropriate responses. Those results then make it into our dash. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . .. .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . .
