It is important to follow the necessary budget requirements and within the timeframe given to be able to finish the HRIS project, that is why it was important to select the proper members for the project team having in mind their availability, expertise, experience and skills. Vendor Evaluation Lead – It is important to have a person in this role that has enough experience working with GenRays and the vendors requirements about the new HRIS system. Bailey, Marketing Communications - Bailey is familiar with CRM systems with already 3+ years but also, she is experiencing in the marketing communication level that pursues vendors but also collect enough data for the new system. She will provide the experience and necessary leadership to the team for be able to implement her knowledge to provide tools to the team. Human Resources Lead – The lead in this role will and should be able to handle HRs features and needed processes. This person should be well versed and experienced with evaluating the hiring and performance evaluation of employees.
