Hello Class, I work for a company that provides business services to multiple subsidiary companies. We are currently in the process of implementing a Customer Relations Management system which is going to be one of our data sources. This system has a robust integration onto the ERP system which houses the largest company database. The integration is done via a SQL connector that links datapoints via templates and connects via ODBC. The information in the CRM system as well as the ERP system can be searched upon via the front-end interface or by querying the databases directly.
