Strategic Implementation Table Template-executive summary.docx Executive Summary Task 3 C714 Today we had a meeting in regards to the strategic plan of EZ-Pleeze. The strategic plan is going to drive the company forward through the use of the SWOT analysis detailed in the presentation. The SWOT analysis is a vital component for the strategic plan that is going to be put in place. The current state of the company was briefly discussed, along with the current mission statement and vision statement, and how these can be tweaked. Detailed in the presentation were the use of the strengths and weaknesses of the company that can be addressed in order to drive this company in the right direction. With the change in CEOs imminent, it is becoming increasingly important to make a smooth transition for the change in leadership. Through the use of the SWOT analysis, key aspects of the company can be worked on, and help the new CEO keep the business going without hiccups. The overall goal of this presentation is to detail the strategic plan that will help increase EZ-Pleezes market share and make it one of the top three corn and potato product producers. By working with different divisions within the company, this strategic plan can be implemented, and the goals of the company will be accomplished. Through the use of marketing we will attempt to acquire customers from the closing competition in order to increase sales for the company.
