This is needed in order to continue to comply with their business model as well as pushing for their infrastructure towards compliancy on the security spectrum. Happy Health Systems is in need of an infrastructure that is able to support 4 hospital sites (2000 users per site), 10 clinic sites (100 users per site), all users of the existing physicians practice (including remote usage ability), and 35 users in the existing research facility site. There will also be some physical distance in which we would be taking into account and the hardware in which these sites will have will also be considered in the effort. For this migration we thankfully should not need to change much in regards to the sites as a whole since we will be focusing on their server infrastructure. However these servers are running their operations so we will be taking a phased approach on the various upgrades to ensure we are no disrupting operations. We will have a server administration plan in place in order to support the business and to also manage the cost where possible as well as increase productivity to support future business.
