Based on the case study, the pertinent findings are as follows: Sally has a headache with an onset when she arrives for work. The headache is generalized and bilateral. The intensity of the pain is around her neck and back of her head. The patient states, “When the pain comes it is like a tight band around my head.†The patient states the headaches have been coming more frequently for the past 30 days. The patient does not take medications for relief. The patient takes “homeopathic tea†for pain relief. Additional questions that should be asked for this case study are as follows: How often are you having headaches now? What is the duration of the headaches? What is the severity of the pain? Are you having any other symptoms with your headaches?
