I did not think that I would be leadership material. The most surprising one was that I was a charismatic. I have never thought of myself as charismatic until I took the self-assessment. ï‚·Which topics can you integrate into your current position? oI do not currently have a current position, but I would incorporate all of them. They are very useful and handy tricks up the sleeve to have so to speak. ï‚·Which topics will you use in your future careers? oAgain, in future careers I would try to find a way to implement them all. There is not one specific direction I would go. I like to be well rounded and educated on all topics so that I know what I am getting in to and have time to study and learn the objective. ï‚·Which areas of leadership skills/ and or knowledge are your strengths?
