Running head: HOW TO MAKE A HOSPITAL SMART-ER 1 How to make a Hospital SMART-er Introduction The first SMART goal I created involves removing sodium from the blood. My goal specifically is to have... all my patients achieve projected goal of Sodium removed from the blood during 30 minute intervals in my place of work. I chose this goal for myself because I work with dialysis patients on a daily basis, I feel that by removing Sodium from their blood at this pace will be beneficial to their health. My second SMART goal is involving telehealth. My specific goal is to increase telehealth in order to create a less expensive setting for patients to receive the care they need in hospitals in my area.
