As building maintenance technician my job involves a large amount of physical activity. I stand for long periods, walking long distances, climb stairs and ladders and lift heavy objects. I also work ... in a tight and uncomfortable position and hot or cold community. Some repairs, such as elevator, HVAC, electrical work, roof fixes, require these professionals to manage potential safety risks and hazards of the job. Working with a team has both good and bad side.
