Abstract
I am employed as the director of daily operations at a mission organization in the developing
world. My responsibilities include a very wide variety of tasks. My daily schedule consists
mostly of overseeing that the staff carries out their individual responsibilities as well as that all
aspects of the organization function together as a whole. I document and report on each child’s
physical and mental well-being at the facility, as well as correspond with each child’s adoptive
family. I carry out the budget, order bulk supplies and manage the warehouse inventory. I plan
and execute progressive projects. I also supervise and provide counsel for short term interns
whom reside at my location. Flexibility, self-motivation, and dedication are my most valuable
traits in this environment. My organization employs 65 full time members of staff from four
different countries, as well as 12 volunteers. Each department overlaps another, and there are few
clearly defined parameters.MY INDIVIDUAL LEARNING PROJECT RESULTS AND APPLICATIONS

4. I was aware that I am more of an introvert than an extravert, though I often wish I was not. I
find social settings to be draining, though my lifestyle requires that I am constantly in the
midst of them. My job demands that I bring social and work teams together harmoniously
