One problem that I could solve by interacting with students is finding out any barriers they may have to complete assignments. Without interacting with them and knowing their backgrounds I would be unable to make sure that they can be engaged with the assignment and lesson. One example from my classroom experience is with Dev. He was worried about how much the assignment was going to be worth and worried about not completing it because he was busy after school. Due to being able to interact with Dev I was able to work with him to give accommodations to allow him to finish the assignment.
