Summary of the Context and Scope of the SDOH in My Community Obesity nationally has been a talking point for many years. For the state of Nevada, as of 2020, we were ranked 19th overall. It doesn't seem too upsetting, given we have 50 states; however, the state was ranked 8th healthiest overall in 2018 (Census Reporter, n.d.).
