Matrix Structure defines an organizational structure that dual lines of authority and combines functional and product departmentalization (Robbins & Judge, 2019). One CEO is very relaxed, and the President is pressured employees. This is a conflict between employees can cause moral, retainability, decision strangulation, and sinking of the company. Employees behavior will hinder productivity, work climate can be stressful and hurts the company™s reputation. Changing the structure of a company completely will be tough on the employee to transition but with the right leadership provided, the company will slowly and make small changes by communication, addressing the culture norm,and policies. Communication starts from the top on down, provide leadership to pass down effective communication to employees to ensure buy-in and understand why the changes. Change to culture by making fun in the meeting; one or twice biweekly, this is called negotiation through small changes. Provide proper guideline through clear policies on incentive, bonuses etc. Organization structure is defined as a group of people who together work to achieve a common goal, it is sounds like teamwork.
