Dealing with conflict in the workplace can be difficult and often hard to navigate. During the simulation Raymond seemed angered with the pharmacy, laying blame stating they were dumping their responsibility of medication reconciliation on the nursing staff in the Emergency Department (ED). With the use of Interpersonal Communication, I actively listening while hearing Raymond ™s frustrations with what he assumed was the issue with pharmacy.
