BUS 611 Selling Project Management Report BUS 611 Introduction After a recent visit to the new company that supplies the electro-mechanical assemblies used in the Quick Drop 100, I discover the lack of a formal project management system. Furthermore, the current management is unaware of the benefits of using project management principles.
