Metformin (500mg), which he must take every day. His Cardiologist and
Primary Care Physician have continued to stress the importance of weight
loss and living a healthy lifestyle to improve his health and wellbeing and
reduce the risk of future heart complications (MI or stroke). He is interested
in learning how to track his health stats and make healthier food choices. He
works in a call center and is technologically savvy. He uses an android
smartphone for calling, texting, social media, and internet use. He is
ambitious to learn about a new app that will help him manage his heart
