There is increased scrutiny that comes from the public and media concerning law enforcement profession today. We will emphasis the following broad categories of technology, which are currently shaping the law enforcement field today. Community oriented policing, the use of cameras in policing, cybercrime investigating, and technology use in all components of the criminal justice system. Procedural justice is all about fairness and is a major component in relentless communication. Modeling relentless communication with our senior/seasoned officers in law enforcement helps in educating other officers as well (H. Strang, 2007). An organization such as law enforcement has to be open to new ideas, and always allowing opportunities for improvements (G.C.Barnes, 2007. Procedural justice validates what many of us already know we must learn to treat people with respect by teaching us how to talk with people. Procedural justice shows the how and what to expect, how it works, why it works, more importantly what we can expect in return (T.R.Tyler, 2007).
