Description 1: Unless I have something important that it cannot be postponed, I cantsay no to a co-worker when they ask me to cover for them at work. Even though, is not my obligation to do it, sometimesIfeel obligated to take a shift because I feel bad for my other co-workers that will have to work harder when they are short of staff.Another reason that I cannot say no them is because they ask me in a very nice way. However, sometimes I feel that they take advantage of me. For example, last month one of my co-workers asked me to cover her shift for 2 different days because she had some emergencies. The next week, I asked her to switch days with me because I was overloaded with homework and I needed to finish them before that weekend.
