B around the 1900s. This therapy has been around for a while, along with has a wide range of exploration and analysis (both internal and external). This type of therapy allows groups of clients work together as one, along with one counselor/therapist. This allows for support, interpersonal process, and psycho educational. It benefits people all over the world and will continue to spread its growth (Group Therapy). Typically, these groups meet for around an hour or two each week. This is not the only amount they are meeting. Some of these clients attend individual sessions along with group therapy if it works best with their situations. Many people deal with coping, trauma, and issues differently, and that is why group therapy is a huge help.
