I believe this can help me as a leader so that I can keep a group organized and working not just towards business goals, but personal goals as well. The next highest-scoring trait on the chart was Agreeableness. This trait could both help me as a leader and hinder myself as a leader. I am sensitive to what others think and I do like to trust people. Trusting people is only a good thing if they are actually doing what you ask, and me being a leader can only be so tolerant. Trusting people also allows for the workers to see that they are not being micro-managed and will encourage them to get more done. Once people start to take advantage of how trusting I am and how tolerant I am with certain situations, it could become a problem. The third highest-scoring train is Openness, and I believe this can only help me as a leader. Being open-minded and listening to what everyone says (but not necessarily putting each item in play) is a good thing since not everything I will think is right and it is good to get out of the box ideas to help brainstorm and come up with new ways.
