It refers to knowledge acquired through study, experience, and/or instruction; thus, the world seems to freeze if information is not disseminated for the functioning of the society. Information sharing plays a pivotal role in the existence and maintenance of government organizations. These entities survive the harshness of corporate world because of information material for their production, manufacture of product, or render of services. However, information sharing is so complex that its intricacies need to be tackled due to the prevailing issues of the same; thus, the need to critically examine the nuances of information sharing. This proposal aims to determine how information sharing is done in organizational context such law enforcement agencies. Correspondingly, its intention is to know the ways to share information without endangering the reputation and business of the said organization. Finally, the proposal aims to recommend solutions to resolve information sharing issues in the governmental agency setting.
