Before focusing on the current health care, it is important to focus on the history of health care to understand its evolution. In the paper, it will discuss historical shifts in the Human Resources Department (HR), the evolution of the HR department, Duties and organization for HR, three other departments and their leadership styles, and organization management of a hospital setting. Historical Shifts in Leadership that led to the creation of Human Resources As the health care advances, so does the departments and the technology that are used. There are many different events that cause the Human Resource Department (HR) to evolve. The HR Department was originally the personal department that did employment. One of the shifts that cause the HR department is the lack of education within those who work in the personnel department.
