The... goals should all be shared but they must be attacked in different ways depending on the areas of interest. I plan on working with three leaders from your organizational teams to introduce a different approach within the entire organization. This is to prepare your staff in order to meet the desired expansion of your firm. I will create a team with your Human Resources (HR) director, your Operations director and Information Technology (IT) director. These individuals will be key in assisting to disseminate important organizational communications, goals, structural changes, team organization and development. I am noticeably a big believer of teamwork, which has been proven to be crucial to an organization. œTeamwork is central to high-performing organizations. While the functions of teamwork vary, the essential responsibilities of team members include collaboration, cooperation and high-quality results (Meier, 2020, p.1). I will have work with this team during a 9-month period in order to develop and implement a new business model and growth strategies. I will lead this team toward continuous improvement and drive a cultural change to the organization, where everyone enjoys coming to work.
