The Disagreement This dispute started in 2009 over an employment contract between National Marketing, Inc. and Vitatech International, Inc. In 2011 Vitatech filed a suit against Sporn et al, due to the defendants not paying the bill for the items that were purchased. Sporn was listed as co-defendant due to a personal guaranty that was signed between him and Vitatech. This also alleged that Sporn was the front man for all the œentity defendants.
