LeadershipandCommunicationTask3.docx Leadership and Communication Task 3 Western Governors Leadership and Communication Task 3 Provide a brief overview of your understanding of your Energy Graph from the Learning Report, including two personal strengths and two personal challenges that relate to your working style. My energy graph revealed that my two main energies were Examine, where I scored extreme and Execute, where I was scored as effortless. These energies relate to my working style as well as a style I see prevalent in my personal life. Examine energies like to solve problems by creating structure. This serves well in my work life, as I can oversee project implementation easily. Many of our corporate projects are sent to us with a timeline for implementation. This works well with this energy as the plan set forth provides a basic framework for me to use. Examine energy works well in my personal life as I am always given the task of "vacation planner." I like to create agendas and make schedules for everyone to follow, knowing what the next step of the day is, makes me feel calm. Despite being excellent for planning, this energy also causes me to be almost militant in getting those around me to follow the plan. If we don't stick to the plan, I see it as a failure on my part. Especially in my personal life, this can cause conflict. My second highest energy is Execute. This dynamic makes me action oriented. I see this as a strength during the implementation of projects; I am not the dreamer. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . .. .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . .
