This paper will discuss teaching strategies related to the critical care nurse residency course that was described in a previous paper. Learning Outcomes As described in previous papers, the critical care nurse residency program as a whole will be designed to be relatively informal and will be structured in a way that will promote mentoring and coaching just as much as or more than actual instruction.
