Covert Rehearsal I would like to rehearse the conversation I shared in one of the w... eekly communication log. The conversation that held the greatest impact on me was the face to face conversation between my manger and myself. I would like to replay this conversation in hopes of a different outcome. Instead of walking away as I did previously feeling offended, getting upset, and being lost for words, I would like to try and rehearse how things would have been if I shared how she made me feel. Now as I think back to this day I remember it being an early morning before the sun was even up. Everyone was strolling in with their cups of coffee, some smiling and some still trying to wake up. As for myself I was still trying to motivate myself for the days work flow, and being in my first trimester of pregnancy made it even more of a struggle because I was experiencing some morning sickness. As I remember precisely I was standing in front of the printer making copies at the front desk. Across from me was the charge nurse office, which is where my manger Stacey was, to the left of me was the floor secretary who was settling in at her desk and to the right of me was the physician room where the providers were switching out. During this conversation there obviously was plenty of others around to have such a personal conversation.
