An unhealthy work-life balance can have negative repercussions on the individual. Unfortunately, this is a very common problem. To support my research, the first source that I have chosen to use is an article called Poor Work-Life Balance Leads to Poor Health Later inLife. This article describes the physical effects a poor work/life balance can have on one™s health. I am including this source because it provides more insight into the types of consequences that come from a poor balance. Earlier in the project, I was only focusing on the mental effects, unaware that a poor work-life balance can be physically damaging as well. I came across this source when I was doing a broad search. I had been searching œconsequences of poor work-life balance when this source appeared in the search results. It identifies potential reasons as to why an individual may struggle achieving a healthy work-life balance.
