The problem is its time to do an overhaul of the app and develop the 3.0 version of this application. To do this we must develop a new UI while incorporation new features, and better stability without loosing our existing customer base. We also must upgrade the web portal and iOS and Android applications seamlessly. Significance With this project we must make sure that all team members are on the same page and kept up to date with each other throughout this process. Each team member will have to utilize internal communication applications and attend daily standups to ensure that all tasks are being handled appropriately and all customer feedback is heard and taken care of. If these processes are not followed as they are laid out or risk items getting disorganized or items getting done twice. I recommend moving to an agile methodology for handling this project to allow for the best collaboration and task management. To accommodate this transition, we will host a number of meetings teaching the agile way of development and the changes that are to come. One of the big factors of agile include daily standups to speak about what was done yesterday, what will be done today, and what may be blocking progress.
