It started out as a web application in 1.0, moved to mobile application in 2.0 and now to work towards 3.0! GasBuddy has hired a new CEO and a new management team to help work towards the release of GasBuddy 3.0. It can be difficult to rebrand and give a technology company this old like this a new face for its customers without getting negative feedback. With this project we must make sure that all team members are on the same page and kept up to date with each other throughout this process. Each team member will have to utilize internal communication applications and attend daily standups to ensure that all tasks are being handled appropriately and all customer feedback is heard and taken care of. Significance: If these processes are not followed as they are laid out or risk items getting disorganized or items getting done twice. I recommend moving to an agile methodology for handling this project to allow for the best collaboration and task management. To accommodate this transition, we will host a number of meetings teaching the agile way of development and the changes that are to come. One of the big factors of agile include daily standups to speak about what was done yesterday, what will be done today, and what may be blocking progress.
