The reason for choosing this particular article was because the relation in which is still has to law enforcement today. Riots and large disturbances still occur throughout the nation in response to law enforcement™s handling of situations and verdicts to high profile cases. Due to the fact that something of this nature will happen again, I think it is important to dissect this case so that law enforcement can be more proactive in their trainings in encounters with suspects and their preparedness to handle large scale riots. Research Plan In order to properly analyze this case, it will be important to gather scholarly articles from credible sources. In doing so, I plan to utilize Southern New Hampshire University™s Shapiro Library and other outside sources that contain scholarly articles, such as Google Scholar, to obtain proper resources to use in my final project. The prescribed textbook will also be utilized as a reliable resource during the course of the final project. . Locating credible sources will be key in providing sound, reasonable recommendations.
