Besides the ﬂu, is a pregnant woman with an egg intolerance susceptible to problems with the Tdap vaccine? We have a patient who has received 2 doses of hexavalent vaccine at 2 and 4 months. When... he is 8 months old, he is expected to travel to Paraguay to visit family and will return two weeks later. Would it be advisable to move the 11-month dose forward so that he will be better protected during the trip? We have cared for a 54-year-old female patient who has rheumatoid arthritis with a hospital report requesting vac- cination against hepatitis B with a double dose and a 0–1–6 months schedule, because she will begin treatment with a biological response modiﬁer. The question is that the vaccine that we have available is the 10 mcg HBVaxpro and we are not sure what the double doses are with this vaccine. What do we do? We have detected an anomaly in the temperature of our refrigerator, which reached a minimum temperature of −5.3 ◦C. Some vaccines were administered before detecting the problem. Should these patients be revaccinated? At a gynaecological check-up performed on a 20-year- old woman who had been vaccinated with three doses of Gardasil® in 2008, a high grade lesion was detected with a positive HPV test. The patient asked whether there may have been some relation between the lesion and the batch of one of the vaccine doses that she received (speciﬁcally NJ00010) and whether there are any studies about this batch, since she has accessed information that references this batch.
