SCI207 Reflection Journal Week 2.docx SCI207 Reflection Journal: Week Two SCI 207 Our Dependence upon the Environment The three changes that I believed that I was able to accomplish was eating loc ... al produce, using a drying rack for my clothing, and replacing the light bulbs in my house. I am honest the results of these changes are a little half and half. Eating local produce is not as easy as I thought it would be. This is due to a couple of reasons in the world we live in. It is not easy to locate and get to places like farmer markets to get local produce. Also, living in a post COVID world makes a lot of thing different and for me it is affecting me getting local produce. On a more positive not I was able to purchase a drying rack for my clothing and it is working wonderfully. Grant it I have to wait a little longer to wear the clothes, but I know that this is better for the environment and for the clothes themselves.
